Take Action, don't wait for the government

INFORMING, EMPOWERING, and EMBRACING BUSINESSES and CONSUMERS

The goal of this project is to provide consumers the opportunity to support through their purchase decisions businesses that have publically dedicated themselves to legal hiring practices and thereby pressure other businesses into voluntary compliance. This program can biforcate the legal businesses from illegal businesses and hence shine light on those that have created, sustained and supported the problem of illegal immigration.

The program would seek to provide customers and businesses an opportunity to make a positive impact on the issue of illegal immigration and hence satisfy or at least mitigate the current “frustration” level with governmental inaction. However, rather than provide a mechanism that in essence lets the government “off the hook”, the program would provide visual re-enforcement of the will of the people and encourage government to follow and support the people’s lead.
THE PLEDGE
The undersigned is a member in good standing of the Hire-Right*Buy Right League and has signed the H.R.B.R. pledge. Members of the H.R.B.R. League have made the following commitments to their community;

As an employer

I voluntarily participate in the Social Security Administration’s employment verification program.
I have made a good-faith effort to insure that all of my employees are properly documented and authorized to work in this country.
I pay wages to all of my employees that meet of exceed those required by this state.
I encourage others to do the same.

As a consumer

I will not knowingly buy goods and/or services from those who employ an undocumented workforce.
I will seek out and support those businesses that have signed the H.R.B.R. pledge and display the H.R.B.R. emblem.
I will encourage others to do the same.

Do you want to sign an H.R.B.R. pledge form and receive your display decal/emblem? Would you like to support and help this project? Email me...
